Chrome:
- Select the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
- Select More Tools.
- Select Clear browsing data.
- In the dialog that appears, select the boxes for the types of information that you want to remove. Make sure Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site and plugin data, and Cached images and files boxes are selected.
- Use the drop-down list at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
- Select Clear Browsing Data.
- Close your browser down completely. Select the "X"
- Re-open your browser and try your action again.
Edge:
- Press Control (Ctrl), Shift, Delete (Del) on your keyboard.
- Choose All time from the Time range drop-down list.
- Select Browsing history.
- Select Download history.
- Select Cookies and other site data.
- Select Cached images and files.
- Select Clear now.
- Close your browser down completely. Select the "X"
- Re-open your browser and try your action again.
Firefox:
- Select Open Menu on the browser toolbar.
- Select Options.
- Select Privacy & Security.
- Under Privacy & Security, select Clear Data.
- Ensure Cookies and Site Data, and Cached Web Content, are selected.
- Select the Clear.
- Close your browser down completely. Select the "X"
- Re-open your browser and try your action again.
Safari:
- Select History on the top menu bar.
- Select Clear History button.
- Choose All History from the drop-down.
- Select Clear History.
- Close your browser down completely. Select the "X"
- Re-open your browser and try your action again.
